These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sadak Sarathi mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Sadak Sarathi (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
About Sadak Sarathi
Sadak Sarathi is a digital platform designed to improve road transportation safety and efficiency by enabling structured driver handovers, pit-stop management, and logistics support services across India. The Platform connects drivers, pit-stop managers, logistics partners, and related stakeholders through verified digital workflows.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using Sadak Sarathi, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, complete, and lawful.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide true and accurate information during registration and usage
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the Platform only for lawful and intended purposes
- Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with Platform services
Sadak Sarathi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse.
Data Usage and Consent
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:
- Personal data is collected and processed only for defined, lawful purposes
- Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and GDPR
- Certain features require explicit user consent, which may be withdrawn at any time

Analytics and Platform Monitoring
Sadak Sarathi uses analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand platform usage, improve services, and enhance user experience.
This may include analysis of:
- Page visits, scroll behavior, clicks, and refresh events
- Form interactions and submission events
- Technical and device-level usage patterns
Any collection or association of personal identifiers such as email or mobile number occurs only after explicit user consent and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software associated with Sadak Sarathi are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Sadak Sarathi provides the Platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of third-party data, or outcomes related to logistics operations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sadak Sarathi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
